Green Juice Recipe

 

At times, it may be challenging to consume the necessary daily intake of greens. Thus, we’ve found that juicing and creating tasty smoothies are an effective way to solve this problem. We’re sharing our favorite green juice recipe for a tasty dose of nutrition:

  • Green Apple

  • Cucumber

  • Banana

  • Avocado

  • Celery

  • Kale

  • Lemon

  • Parsley

  • Matcha (optional)

If you tend to have a sweeter tooth, we recommend adding in a teaspoon of agave or raw honey! Blend with your choice of milk or water and enjoy!
