BAR REFRESH

Contemporary with an art deco twist.

Just beside a family room, this once dark and overly ornate bar needed a refresh while working with some of the existing elements. We transformed it into a bright, contemporary space to entertain, as well as, to flow with the rest of the home. Painting out the existing base cabinets in a gray, we added in the bright white marble backsplash with custom marble shelving to display the client's drinkware. Alongside the backsplash shelving, we created two upper display units with glass cabinetry insets for the client to be able to display any kind of alcohol.

Contemporary Pena Pendants hanging above the island add a hint of brass and compliment the bar stools with their lush green velvet fabric.
