Q: What comes in the home styling service?

A: With your purchased Styling Package, you will also receive unlimited e-mail communication, 3 tele-conferences for design review, 2 look-books to shop from, 1 floor plan and 1 room elevation.

Q: How do I pay for this service?

A: You can choose and purchase your preferred package from our website. Add-ons will be charged separately.

Q: What is an “add-on"?

A: An add-on is an option added to your purchased package. This may include (but not limited too) installation, product upgrades, cancellations, additional shipping costs and/or extra design services

Q: How do the package options work? Can I get more than 1 room styled?

A: Our Home Styling Packages are designed and priced per each room. If you have one small room under 500 sq ft and another room under 900 sq ft. Your selection would be 1 each of “The Intimate” and 1 each of “The Modest” package.

Q: What is the next step after I purchase my package from your website?

A: You will receive an order confirmation. The email will also include a link to our online “Style Profile” form that we ask that you complete. After you submit, we will be touch to schedule a conference call.

Q: How long does it normally take to get my room completed?

A: There isn’t always a clear answer - we do our best to get your design out there, and reply as quick as we can, from there it is dependent on time of payment and lead time of items.

Q: What can be purchased from Kelly Ferm Home?

A: Furniture, accessories, bedding, lighting, area rugs, books and much much more!

Q: How do I know how to measure my room?

A: Good question. We include a downloadable DIY file for you on the questionnaire form. If you’re still not sure, call us. One of our team designer’s will assist you.

Q: I would like to “style” my entire home? Can you do this?

A: Absolutely, Kelly Ferm Home is a full-service interior design firm. Call us regarding extended services.

Q: Can I purchase Home Styling as a gift?

A: Yes! You sure can. We have an e-gift card which can be purchased in several different denominations.

Q: If I need something installed can you do it?

A: Yes. For an additional cost, we have professional installers that complete the job. Give us a call to learn more.
